Set across two major buildings and expansive grounds, the Bungalow Guesthouse offers facilities and amenities to suit any occasion.
Accommodation options span the guesthouse and the annexe, while additional space is also available in the grounds for glamping.
Glamping allows events to readily accommodate additional guests if required, or alternatively visitors can simply settle in, and sit back to enjoy the comfort of our historic surrounds.
Set behind expansive verandahs, the Bungalow Guesthouse features a large central room complete with open fire, and boasts a commercial kitchen, cool room, accommodation, and amenities.
Surrounding the central room are 14 bedrooms, each offering a variety of configurations to accommodate up to 52 guests. All rooms are heated.
A separate billiards room and bar is located adjacent to the main room, offering the perfect retreat for drinks or socialising.
The commercial kitchen is the ideal destination to come together and prepare a meal, or alternatively can be used by caterers for corporate events and functions.
Meanwhile, a modern music system is available for use, and a central dancefloor in the main room ensures guests can kick up their heels and celebrate long into the evening.
The guesthouse is a popular option as a wedding venue, corporate retreat, or a place to call home for extended family stays.
A short distance from the guesthouse is the annexe. Here an additional 24 people can be accommodated in eight rooms, which each feature their own ensuites.
The Bungalow Guesthouse is located on 100 acres, much of which features meandering gardens, picturesque rural vistas and rolling green lawns.
Both seasonal and evergreen trees dot the landscape, offering the chance to enjoy the changing scenery in all its colourful glory at any time of year.
A 10m heated swimming pool offers the perfect way for guests to relax and soak in the ambient surrounds.
The tennis court
In addition to enjoying the gardens, swimming pool and charm of the Bungalow Guesthouse, guests also have access to the hard-surface tennis court, with rackets and balls provided.
