The Bungalow Guesthouse is a place to bring your team together for a day or longer, where the quiet, secluded ambience is the perfect canvas for training, team building, productivity and welcome relaxation.
The venue offers the opportunity for self-catering or we can assist with a number of local caterers. We have a number of expert activity providers we work with to tailor the perfect corporate package to your needs.
In addition, the central location of the Bungalow Guesthouse offers access to a range of group activities like bushwalking, mountain biking, kayaking or golf which are focussed on the natural beauty of the Southern Highlands.
Facilities
Amidst the authentic ambience of a working farm, the Bungalow Guesthouse offers a range of facilities, features and amenities that are perfectly suited to corporate retreats and business seminars.
The guesthouse also features an expansive central room in the main guesthouse that is perfect for training seminars or group projects. The central room can be configured for sit down training sessions or group roundtables. Together these provide an ideal opportunity for team-building activities.
The Bungalow Guesthouse has 22 rooms, 14 in main guesthouse have share facilities and 8 in the annex have ensuites, there are extra beds available in every room if required.
In addition, the Guesthouse boasts a commercial kitchen for group meal preparation or external catering, while the grounds feature picturesque gardens, outdoor pool, and tennis courts.
The Guesthouse
The stately Bungalow Guesthouse is the central feature of all group retreats. Set behind expansive verandahs, the guesthouse features a large central room complete with open fire and a slow combustion fire, and boasts a large commercial kitchen, cool room, accommodation, and amenities.
A separate billiards room and self-catering bar is located adjacent to the main room, offering the perfect retreat for drinks or socialising.
The commercial kitchen includes all utilities required for meal preparation, allowing guests to cater their own retreat or utilise the services of external caterers.
A short distance from the guesthouse is the annex, providing the additional accommodation.

The Grounds
The Bungalow Guesthouse is located on 100 acres, much of which features meandering gardens, picturesque rural vistas and rolling green lawns.
This stunning backdrop allows for a multitude of options when it comes to group activities. Enjoy outdoor training sessions, casual games, or sunset drinks. Then go on to host a team barbecue, or retreat to the guesthouse for socialising and a shared meal after a productive day well spent.
The Tennis Court
In addition to enjoying the gardens, swimming pool and charm of the Bungalow Guesthouse, guests also have access to the hard-surface tennis court, with rackets and balls provided.
