Additional charges
There is a once only cleaning fee of $400.
When the number of visitors and guests dining in exceeds 40 there is a $10 per person fee for kitchen
For children under the age of 16 in excess of 28 guests the additional rate is $66 per person
Children not in a bed will not be charged.
