Please note the above rates are charged assumming a maximum of 28 guests, numbers above these please contact Sandy Walker as we revert to a per head rate Basis.
There is a once only cleaning fee of $400.
Price per adult in the Main Guesthouse $100 per person per night
Price Per adult in the Annex is $110 per person per night
For children under the age of 18 the rate is $66 per person per night
When the number of visitors and guests dining in exceeds 40 there is a $10 per person fee for kitchen
