Our Facilities
Set across two major buildings and expansive grounds, the Bungalow Guesthouse offers facilities and amenities to suit any occasion. Accommodation options span the guesthouse and the annex, while additional space is also available in the grounds for glamping.
Glamping allows events to readily accommodate additional guests if required, or alternatively visitors can simply settle in, and sit back to enjoy the comfort of our historic surrounds.
The Guesthouse
Set behind expansive verandahs, the Bungalow Guesthouse features a large central room complete with open fire and slow combustion stove and boasts a commercial kitchen, cool room, accommodation, and amenities.
Surrounding the central room are 14 bedrooms, that open from the central living area to the outside veranda, each offering a variety of configurations to accommodate up to 40 guests. All rooms are heated. The guesthouse rooms are serviced with shared facilities.
A separate billiards room and self-catering bar is located adjacent to the main room, offering the perfect retreat for drinks or socialising.
The spacious commercial kitchen is the ideal destination to come together and prepare a meal, or alternatively can be used by caterers for corporate events and functions.
Meanwhile, a modern music system is available for use, and a central dancefloor in the main room ensures guests can kick up their heels and celebrate long into the evening.
The guesthouse is a popular option as a wedding venue, corporate retreat, or a place to call home for extended family stays.
The annexe
A short distance from the guesthouse is the annexe. Here an additional eight rooms, which each feature their own ensuites, with additional beds if required.
The grounds
The Bungalow Guesthouse is located on 100 acres, which features meandering gardens, picturesque rural vistas and rolling green lawns. This is a working farm with a number of animals and infrastructure to manage them.
Both seasonal and evergreen trees dot the landscape, offering the chance to enjoy the changing scenery in all its colourful glory at any time of year.
The pool
A 10m swimming pool offers the perfect way for guests to relax and soak in the ambient surrounds.
The tennis court
In addition to enjoying the gardens, swimming pool and charm of the Bungalow Guesthouse, guests also have access to the hard-surface tennis court, with rackets and balls provided.

The Bungalow Guesthouse is centrally located at picturesque Fitzroy Falls in proximity to the townships of Moss Vale, Bowral and Kangaroo Valley.
